Spirited Investigation Request Form

Due to numerous requests, we have included our main group's local coverage area. We offer our services free, and sometimes it's too expensive for us to travel outside of our area. If you are outside this area, you may still request an investigation. We may have out of area members, or know of other groups in your area that may be able to help, or we may find the time to travel outside our coverage area. We also may be able to help you over the phone.

If you are between the purple areas, you have an excellent chance of receiving an investigation.

This is only a request form, we have the right to deny an investigation for any reason. You will be notified of our decision as soon as possible. If your request is accepted, we will contact you via email for more detailed information.
