The picture is of her great grandparents. The story that Nena was given about the picture is... "Tia maria *Nena's great aunt* is the baby on her grandmothers lap. They said they took this picture because she had measles and they thought she was going to die..."
The little girl in the box, wasn't supposed to be in the picture.
